Terms & Conditions


$66 Mobile Content


1) Once you have entered your mobile number into the online form, you will receive a confirmation SMS within a short period of time, providing you with a unique code. Only after this code has been entered correctly, you will be able to collect your prize.


2) You need a mobile phone to participate and to collect your 10 free items. Mobile phones must be WAP and GPRS enabled.


3) Free items can only be collected once per mobile phone number.


4) Free items cannot be exchanged for other prizes or monetary gifts.


5) Use by children: If you are under the age of 16 you should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians for submitting any personal information. Children under the age of 13 should not submit any personal information without the written consent of their parents or legal guardian. If you are a child under 13 and want to submit personal information to us please ask your parent or legal guardian to send us an email at parents@vrpan.com specifying that they consent to us collecting your personal information. Parents or legal guardians may review or change the personal information of their children or refuse further collection of any such information by sending an email to us at parents@vrpan.com


6) When filling out the online form, or texting to one of our services, the customer agrees that his mobile phone number can be used for further marketing purposes for an indefinite period. To prevent fraud, a confirmation message will be sent as described under 1).


7) Gift items of this promotion are mobile content items. These are top quality items and can be selected via WAP push in a sophisticated new system. Out of a menu, you will be able to select multiple items of your choice. Your mobile phone has to be able to support this technique. All items are high quality and shall increase the fun you have using your mobile phone! Please make sure that WAP and GPRS are enabled on your mobile phone!


8) After you have received your 10 FREE pieces of content, you will be subscribed to the weekly tone club (you receive a message advising you of this during the promotion BEFORE MT costs occur). So far, you have already received 10 free pieces of mobile content, but when joining you will receive a menu to select from. This menu will contain a selection of top 20 ringtones, video tones, wallpapers, fun tones etc (regularly updated), from which you can choose one per week. You will receive this menu direct to your phone each week, at a cost of
$6,60/week. You can select one item per week. Additional items are billed at the MT rate indicated above (per item). You will be informed every week via SMS when you can access again to select your weekly items.
Enjoy constantly having the latest and greatest tones on your phone!


9) Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe anytime by replying "STOP" to the shortcode or the confirmation SMS.


10) Virgin Mobile and Hutchinson customers: As you are aware, your carrier does not allow MT content messages, therefore you cannot use any of our SMS content services.





 

 

Wordgame:


11) To win the main prize of $10,000 or one of the monthly prizes, you must enter an SMS game of skill (“wordgame”). To enter, a mobile phone is required.


12) Total prize pool: 1 x $10,000 (cash or value of home entertainment system); 10 x $1,000; 10 x $500; 20 x Apple iPod; 10 x Digital Cameras; 20 x Mobile Phones; 30 x 5.1 DVD players and thousands of mobile content prizes with a minimum prize value of $66 each!


13) Monthly prizes: Rank 1: $1000; Rank 2: $500; Ranks 3 & 4: Apple iPods; Rank 5: Digital Camera; Ranks 6 & 7: Mobile phones; Ranks 8 – 10: 5.1 DVD players, and many mobile content prizes, valued at $66.


14) To play wordgame, SMS charges apply ($3 per MT). Minimum 3 MT's per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Depending on your carrier, an additional charge of $ 0.25 incl. GST for the MO messages may occur. The players with the most points by the last day of each month at 9 PM AEST win monthly prizes as described above. A new round starts every month.


15) Main prize: The player with the most points at the end of this series of WORDGAME (ends 31 December 2008 at 9 PM AEST) wins a brandnew home entertainment system valued at $10.000 or $10.000 in cash!


16) All words nominated will be judged in accordance with Macquarie dictionary.


17) No further correspondence applies. Non-monetary prizes cannot be redeemed by cash. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days.


18) An important goal of this promotion is to inform you about future promotions. By entering (any part of) the promotion, you consent to receive further marketing messages for an indefinite time. Your consent can be cancelled at any time by replying STOP to a future marketing message.
